Internationales Symposium zur Taktischen Verwundetenversorgung im Rahmen von Militär- und Polizeieinsätzen für Medics, Rettungsfachpersonal, Pflegekräfte und Ärzte

Mit „All In“ starteten wir am 05.07.2023 in die 5. Combat Medical Care Conference.

Knapp 1300 Teilnehmer aus 36 Ländern, 53 Industriepartner, 90 wissenschaftliche Vorträge auf bis zu 3 parallelen Tracks, 35 Workshops und zwei Tage voller Austausch gaben diesem Motto Inhalt und Leben. Danke, dass Sie alle „All In“ gegangen seid!

2018 veröffentlichte das Journal of The Royal Naval Medical Service “The Walker Dip” (AJ Walker), in welchem aufgezeigt wird, dass mit dem Ende bestimmter Formen militärischen Konflikts repetitiv ein Rückschritt in erlernter medizinischer Expertise und ein Verlust von lessons learned stattfindet, welcher beim Aufflammen neuer Konflikte und kriegerischer Auseinandersetzungen mit dem Verlust von Leben und Überlebensqualität von Einsatzkräften wieder wettgemacht werden muss.

Unschätzbar wertvoll ist in diesem Zusammenhang die Leistung derer Gäste und Vortragenden, welche in Vertretung ihrer Kameraden ihr Wissen und Ihre Erfahrung aus dem Ukrainekrieg mit uns teilten. Die Gemeinschaft der Taktischen Medizin zollte und zollt Ihnen dafür den höchsten Respekt und Anerkennung.

Als Teil der internationalen Austauschfläche für den Fortschritt der taktischen Medizin – gemeinsam mit SOMA, SOF CMC Paris und TREMA – zeigten auch die Tage vom 05.-06.07.23, dass sich die Dimensionen im Umfeld von TEMS und TCCC verändern, dass deren Grundsätze steten Bestand haben und dennoch flexibel und stets am Puls der Zeit bleiben müssen.

So traurig es ist, dass wir aus Verlust und Konflikt lernen, so wichtig ist es, dass wir nie aus den Augen verlieren, für wen wir dies tun: für den Verwundeten. „All for One“, wir sehen uns wieder am 02.-03.07.2025.

Combat Medical Care Conference 2023

International symposium on Tactical Combat Casualty Care in military and law enforcement missions for medics, EMTs, paramedics, nurses and physicians

 

„… For the treatment of our wounded it must be paramount: all in or not at all.”
On the 5^th of July 2023 we helmed the 5^th Combat Medical Care Conference with the motto “All In”. About 1300 participants from 36 nations, 53 partners from the industry and exhibitors respectively, 90 scientific lectures, 35 workshops and 2 days of networking and exchange turned these two words into reality. Thank you all for going „All In“.

In 2018 the Journal of The Royal Naval Medical Service published “the Walker Dip” by AJ Walker. It refers to the regression of hard-won knowledge and lessons learned in military medicine. This regression occurs between conflicts and has to be repaid in lives and quality of survival after injury of service personnel at the beginning of the next campaign.

Invaluable in this context are the accomplishments and efforts by our guests and lectures, who, standing in for their brave comrades, shared their knowledge and experiences from the Ukraine War with us. The tactical medical community paid and pays their heartfelt respect and tribute to these efforts.

As part of the international scientific exchange platform for the progress of the tactical medicine – together with SOMA, SOF CMC Paris and TREMA – the CMC Conference on the 5^th and 6^th of July 2023 showed that the dimensions of TEMS and TCCC change, but that their basics remain as vital as their ability to adapt and remain at the cutting edge of development.

It is a sad fact that we learn from losses and conflict. To that it is paramount that we never lose focus for whom we do what we do: the wounded. “All for One”, we see you on the 2^nd and 3^rd of July in 2025.
